Accounts Payable Representative I

As the Accounts Payable
Representative I you will be responsible
for ensuring timely and accurate organizing, managing, and processing of vendor
invoices and related paperwork in accordance with accounting guidelines. You
will work closely with internal contacts to resolve discrepancies and may
perform complex processing including employee expense reports, corporate credit
card invoices, and AP invoice uploads. You will also provide support to team
members as well as other areas of the business.

What you will do:

  • Responsible
    for ensuring timely and accurate organizing, managing, and processing of vendor
    invoices and related paperwork in accordance with accounting guidelines.
  • Work
    closely with internal and external contacts to resolve discrepancies
  • May
    perform complex processing including employee expense reports, corporate credit
    card invoices, and AP invoice uploads and entry.
  • Provide
    assistance with various reporting needs.
  • Help
    perform internal and external audits when necessary.
  • Maintain
    and organize Accounts Payable related documents.
  • Develop
    a working knowledge of our T&E system and all the policies associated with
    it.
  • Provide
    support to team members as well as other areas of the business.
  • Support
    all aspects of the payment process.

Qualifications

What you must have:

  • Minimum high
    school diploma, bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field highly
    preferred.
  • 0-1 years’
    experience required
  • Effective use
    of MS Excel and MS Word, proficient in MS Outlook
  • Attention to
    detail and awareness of importance in work integrity
  • String
    written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong
    research and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to
    get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
  • Ability to
    work flexible hours as required
  • Ability to
    uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on
    the job, and follow our manufacturing best practices
  • Ability to
    get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
  • Ability to
    follow Keurig policies and procedures
  • Good
    organizational skills and ability to handle a high work volume
