Accounting/Financial Analyst

The Accounting/Financial Analyst will be involved in the day-to-day financial operations of our start-up facility in Jenks, OK. Must be fairly immediately available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prior knowledge of Great Plains software required.
  
• Weekly cash flow and reporting.
  
• Form accounting strategies with very knowledgeable partners.
  
• Establish internal financial controls.
  
• Oversee movement of money in the organization.
  
• Take charge of accounts payable and bank/cash management.
  
• Assist with month-end closings.
  
• Be a liaison with financial aspect of all vendor relationships.
  
• Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information for long-term financial strategies.
  
• Skilled in detailed financial modeling, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  
• Be comfortable making presentations to current and future investors.

Requirements
:

• 4 year degree relevant to the position required.

• 2 to 5 years of accounting or finance experience.

• Passion for details and the ability to explain those details to a variety of audiences (both “number savvy” folks, and just “word savvy” folks).

• Be willing to grow in the position, and be groomed for a Controller and/or CFO position.
Ideal Qualifications:

• Financial integrity beyond reproach.
  
• CPA or MBA preferred.
  
• A sense of humor, and a sense of fun.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally in at least English with other employees, guests, and vendors. Ability to professionally and diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while maintaining the highest ethical levels and professionalism.
