Accounting/Finance/General Operations Manager

Locally owned mid-size real estate company seeking to fill a management position assisting in the financial and overall operations of the company, reporting directly to company ownership.

Responsibilities include:

– Oversee and Assist with accounting operations.

– Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics reports, surveys, applications, etc.

– Onboard new sales associates and support regional office locations

– Organize and manage company functions

– Provide staff scheduling and support for staff of ten employees

– Manage online management software platforms

– Troubleshoot technical, office, and software problems

– Comprehensive understanding of all company operations

The position requires an accounting, finance, or business degree plus experience in accounting software, database applications, and the full suite of Microsoft office products. The ideal candidate will manage multiple deadlines, utilize analytical thinking plus problem solving skills on a regular basis, demonstrate solid communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable when working on technical related matters.

Salary commensurate with experience, health care, vacation, and 401k.

  • Accounting, finance, and/or business management: 5 years
