Accounting Team Leader

Accounting System Management – You must assist with the development of short and long term forecasts and budgets, ensure vendor payments and receipts are made and reconciled and prepare accurate financial information for outside accounting firm. You must produce and understand monthly financial statements, proactively report results, maintain payables and receivables, and ensure all accounting statements are accurate and have integrity.

Commission Reconciliation – You must assist with commission payment and entry and also assist with the submission of errors and discrepancies to Verizon in a timely and correct manner.

Asset Management – You must assist with the completion of cash outs and deposits in all stores and ensure accuracy of all transactions, ensure financial accuracy of all fixed assets, and ensure proper depreciation of assets.

Payroll and Sales Tax Administration – You must ensure accuracy of payroll processing, payroll reporting required by states, and ensure taxes are submitted on time and accurate.

Compensation:

• $55,000-70,000 depending on experience
