Accounting Specialist

ATF Aerospace is a manufacturer and distributor of aircraft fasteners/components located in Mesa, AZ. We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as a Accounting Specialist.

The Accounting Specialist has several key functions.

We are a growth oriented company searching for a driven Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

The key functions are

Reviews and distributes mail daily

Prepares and sends customer invoices daily

Monitors daily invoices

Responds to internal and external invoice questions

Reconciles vendor statements

Supports month end / year end closing activities

Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential

Daily Billings

Cash Application

Adjustments

Journal Entries

General Filing

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft 2010 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Time Management Skills

Attention to detail

Good Math Skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Education/Experience:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Associates degree with several courses in accounting preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment

Salary commensurate with experience
