Accounting Clerk

Tax and accounting firm is seeking an accountant. Candidates must have a cash and accrual accounting experience to be considered.Each staff account reports to the accounting manager and is responsible for the monthly accounting for a group of clients.

Position requires the following abilities:

– Proficiency in QuickBooks

– Intermediate Microsoft office

– Experience in cash and accrual accounting

– Ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal)

– Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

– Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision

– Experience analyzing financial statement

– Experience with tax return preparation a plus
