As Accounting for Western Products & Affiliates, you’ll be involved in a family of companies in diverse industries ranging from property management to home improvement to manufacturing. This position focuses on our home improvement companies and the Team Lead for Accounts Receivable and labor costing. You’ll also communicate with customers and field personnel as needed and share ideas to help improve the accounting function overall, all while working in a fun and fast-paced team environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Team Lead of Accounts Receivable for Contracts, Service, Showroom Sales
• Analyze AR and Month End AR Close
• All aspects of labor costing and analysis per job with interaction with Production & Sales Departments
• Review Job Status & Close Contract Jobs – analyze each element actual costs to estimated costs
• Reporting and analysis for management
• Sharing ideas including process development, documentation, and key metrics to demonstrate success

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor Accounting, Business or Finance
• Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
