Accountant Or CPA or Controller

GR Outdoor is looking for a full-time, in-house accountant and/or CPA. This person would assist or perhaps run our current financial department. Pay structure is commensurate with experience and amount of duties with regard to the previous sentence.

Some primary duties are: Payroll, commission reports, tax assistance, financial compliance, and Quickbooks expertise. Additionally, we have some secondary interest in having help with invoicing and accounts payable.

The ideal candidate for this job is someone with lots of financial experience who also has significant integrity. Additional strengths for this role are patience, loyalty, the ability to manage or work with a team, and an entrepreneurial spark that provides a vision to improve existing systems.
