Accountant Associate

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Be responsible for a corporate entity and ensure that all transactions are accounted for in accordance with GAAP as well as perform consolidated inter-company billings for diverse and varied processes. You’ll process month-end close including the review of reconciliations and month-end balances and research of income statement variances. Last but not least, you’ll play a key role in month-end, quarter-end reporting and year-end audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  
• An independent thinker and problem solver, who will exercise independent judgment and care in decision making.
  
• A team player who embodies a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills; ability to work well independently and in teams.
  
• Prior work experience in accounting/finance field desired.
  
• CPA or candidate eligible for the CPA exam desired.
