JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Accountant position at our New Brighton, MN location, the corporate headquarters for our parent company, API Group, Inc. The role s primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely billings while assisting with other Accounting duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Time and Material billings for APi Construction

Improving processes by collaborating with multiple roles

Compliance related projects including miscellaneous state required filings

General ledger reconciliations

General office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Accounting or related area

1 to 5 years of experience in Accounting

Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy

Flexible work style, with the ability and willingness to change directions as the business need arises

Must be able work effectively in a deadline oriented environment with changing priorities

Proven history of process improvement and working across departments to create system-wide success

Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

Must have a no job is too small attitude
