manufacturer of quality close tolerance precision-machined parts. Since we opened in 1946, we have
expanded our operation to three states. We have an immediate need for an Accountant for our corporate
offices located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Essential Functions


Assist with the Month End Close Process, Including G/L Analysis & Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Allocations,

and Financial Reporting


Manage Work Order Closings, Variance Reporting & Cost Accounting


Provide Support for Cost Savings, Data Analysis, and Tracking of Business Performance


Provide Support for External Audits


Manage Fixed Assets & Depreciation


Manage Lease Obligations


Tax and Government Reporting


Evaluate Capital Acquisition Proposals


Develop and Report Operation Performance Metrics


Manage the Companies Inventory Cycle Counting Process

Experience:


Bachelors Degree in Accounting


0 – 2 years of Experience in an Accounting Role


ERP Experience


Microsoft Office Experience, with Strong Excel Skills


Strong Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills


Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Relationship Building Skills
