Must be Bilingual. English and Spanish.

Must have expertise with Quickbooks.

Duties

• Inputting accounts receivable transactions
• Inputting accounts payable transactions
• Make sure all records are tracked with zero margin for error
• Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
• Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
• Monthly company meetings

Major Pluses

• Attention To Detail: The accountant must pay attention to every penny going in or out, and make sure everything is in order.
• Computer Skills: Much of the job will be done on computers, inputting spreadsheets, tax documents and reports. Good computer skills are necessary.
• Accounting Bachelors Degree

Our Company

Poli LED & Signs began by selling sign materials and led sign displays in 2001 in the city of Miami. Recently, we’ve began selling LED lighting and added that to our expertise. We mainly conduct business with contractors and distributors but as of recent, we’ve built a website and have been gaining more and more retail customers. We hope to be the world’s finest when it comes to LED lighting selections. The most important facet of our business and why we have stayed afloat as a small retail store for so long is because of our customer service. Down by Miami-Dade County, bordering Doral is where you will find us. We are right in between Dolphin Mall and International Mall so no matter which direction you head out, you’re in the middle of the city life. There are tons of foodie locations 30 seconds up a bit north where Doral is as well as City Walk Doral. At Poli LED & Signs, we love to get work done. We try and streamline our processes using online applications such as Slack and Trello for company communication.
