Accountant

Position responsible for support of patient accounting through data analysis of accounts receivable and other general ledger functions.

Responsibilities:
Develop reports using data from multiple software systems

Analyze data related to claims, accounts receivable, and collections

Communicate results both verbally and in presentation/report format

Post journal entries to the General Ledger

Assist with finance projects and other accounting duties

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (new graduates with strong technical skills will be considered)

1 year experience in accounting is preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP

Advanced technology skills (demonstrated Excel proficiency required)

Ability to learn new software quickly

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy required

Salary: $48,000 – $53,000
