This new team member will work alongside our payroll manager, accounting and transactional teams to support our clients developing scalable processes and quality data to support their growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Accounts payable
• Support daily business activities such including, but not limited to, inventory purchasing, shipping confirmations, product purchasing, invoicing and receivables management.
• Develop and maintain a one-on-one relationship with clients.
• Work closely with managerial team to tackle client challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely responses to client questions and concerns.
• Provide a high level of customer service while keeping the client within the scope of their engagement.

Background and Experiences

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong Computer Skills including QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills/background.
• Must exude courtesy, politeness, and patience
• Must be team orientated.
• Must be detail orientated.

This is a full-time position based out of our offices in Denver, CO.
