Account Executive – Remote in WI

Link Media Outdoor is looking for a self-starting, motivated Account Executive within our Wisconsin Territory. With a footprint of over 600 faces, north of Milwaukee and a continually growing company an up-beat, goal driven individual would fit in perfect with our team.

Qualifications of an ideal candidate;

• Excellent communication and customer service skills – the ability to listen and derive the best opportunity to fulfill the customer’s needs along with problem solving skills to resolve any concerns
• Proficient in preparing and presenting a proposal. Ability to work and relate to the customer the value and benefits our product to their business.
• An efficient multi-tasker with great attention to detail.
• Expertise in computer software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office products and our custom CRM that specializes in outdoor inventory. Will train the right individual.
• Great customer relations attitude. Strong ability to understand how to maintain working relationships in order to continue to meet changing needs.
• Goal driven individual, taking ownership of own success with the help of a great team setting. Takes pride and excels in meeting goals, deadlines, quotas for revenue growth, prospecting, cold calls, and lead nurturing in a consistent manner.
• Highly organized in the ability to properly document, plan their week, day and month to meet goals established by using company software systems and defined processes.
• Confident to share ideas and can think outside the box to bring fresh ideas to the position.
• A quick learner that can adapt and discover the details of the products and services offered.
• Professional attitude and presentation in attire to address all customer calls with courtesy and concern.

Our Account Executives are expected to have 3-5 years Media Sales experience, preferably in broadcast or out of home media. College degree preferred. Willing to train the right individual with a great working history.

This position requires the Account Executive to interact with customers, primarily in person, on the telephone, and through email. The AE will sell to primarily new businesses, provide information about the world of outdoor advertising services, manage current and future accounts, and effectively communicate current promotions and special incentives in the AE’s designated markets.
