3-month Investment Banking Internship

Employer Profile : A Wall Street based boutique investment bank is seeking highly qualified interns. The firm offers a full range of services including M&A advisory, financial analysis, deal sourcing, valuation assessment, and due diligence planning & implementation.

Position : Full-time UNPAID internship for three months with the potential for full-time hire.

Responsibilities : The intern’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to deal sourcing, company analysis, database work, and back office support.

Qualifications : We are looking for a recent college graduate with a degree in finance or related field. The candidate must have a passion for M&A and investment banking with the motivation to learn at a smaller firm. Ideal candidates should have excellent oral, written, and computer skills, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are a must.
