Essential Functions:

Support the teams with cbFC activities (SAP based controlling system)
Facilitation of project timelines, analysis and design
General Administrative Tasks
Database Maintenance
Process improvement initiatives
Support vendor and customer relations
Account Analysis and reconciliations
Prepare management presentations and routine reporting
Support and improve forecasting techniques

Qualifications

Education:

Student in:

Finance/Controlling
Mechanical Engineering
Supply Chain Management
Business Administration

Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.:

Fluent in English (oral/written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP Knowledge

Preferred Start Date

July/August 2018 (four open positions)

Requirements

Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s degree

Studies outside of the U.S.A.

A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study

Available for a minimum of 6 months

Fluent in English (oral/written)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
