Web Developer – Magento & PHP

This is a full-time position with the expectation of being in the office Monday – Friday. Responsibilities

As a Web Developer with a focus on Magenta and PHP, you will be responsible for: * eCommerce web development and integrations with Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify and more * Working with the internal team as well as other development partners * Working with the Project Manager and client to discuss project requirements and contribute to SOW’s for clients * Working with the the Project Manager on development and implementation status, often working through complex integrations and external interfaces * Review and troubleshoot support tickets from clients * Review daily server logs, perform daily server and system checks and verify support ticket status * Implement fixes on production bugs Required Skills

MUST HAVE: * PHP (object-oriented) experience * Strong experience with Magento (development and extensions) * HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and Web Development experience * MySQL * FTP, FTPS, SFTP; Filezilla, CuteFTP, WinSCP, etc. * LAMP stack in a Linux environment * Windows Desktop – Windows 7 and later * Windows Server – 2008 and Later * Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines * If you get stuck, have the mentality to be resourceful to find the answer or solve the problem * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Strong verbal and written communication skillsNICE TO HAVE: * Experience with Oracle, SQL Developer, SQL PLUS, or PLSQL Developer * Git/GitHub * Retail or POS System Experience * Basecamp * Jira (support ticket management)
