Lead the project execution phase of Connected Performance Services (CPS) projects. Interface with global teams including Engineering, Tech Service, R&D, HPS, and others to ensure that customer projects proceed on schedule and deliver expected customer value. Interface with global teams including UOP engineering, service, R&D, HPS operations, and IT teams to ensure that projects are proceeding on schedule and on budget. Deploy standardized work and effective project management methodologies to enable consistent and high quality CPS project execution. Participate in customer site meetings including kick-off as well as CPS deployments.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
3+ years of experience in a technical service, engineering, process operations, or design engineering role within the refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industry is required.
US Citizenship or US permanent residency is required

WE VALUE

Some experience in leading projects, including planning, organizer, monitoring
Some experience in process engineering including the use of flowsheeting software (UniSim)
Some industry experience within refining, petrochemical or gas processing
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on delivering results and identifying alternative solutions
Some experience working with distributed, global project teams
Strong presentation skills including MS PowerPoint, Leading Meetings, Customer Presentations
