We are seeking Sr Mainframe Application Developers with COBOL and recent IMS experience for a long term Government mandated project here in Columbia.

ROLE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will:

• Produce deliverables related to the assigned project.
• Perform analysis, design, programming, and implementation of systems and procedures to solve complex business or scientific problems
• Apply conversions and enhancements to business systems
• Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
• Devise new sources of data and develop new approaches and techniques

NOTE: Candidates Must have Recent (within last 12 months) IMS Database Experience!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 Years Application Development, Systems Testing and/or Programming Experience
• 5 Years Experience with the following:
• COBOL
• CICS
• DB2
• IMS Database (Must be recently used within the last 12 months)
• JCL
• ENDEVOR
• Easytrieve Plus
• Batch and On-line experience
