Job: Sr. Java Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Contract : Long Term (Consultants should be on our W2 – Accepting H1 Transfers)

Total Exp: 8 – 10 yrs

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be hands-on, and will be expected to bring new and fresh ideas to the company. You will be directly responsible for supporting product innovation and contributing to recommendations to employ leading-edge technology on behalf of Global Engineering needs.

Key responsibilities include design, development, implementation, validation, troubleshooting and analysis of technical products and systems such as data collection instruments, monitoring software, WiFi analyzers and similar.

Job Responsibilities

Perform engineering design evaluations

Responsible for execution of well defined technical projects leading to the development of a range of products

Provide recommendations to development and design to improve quality of products and / or procedures

Provide project estimates in terms of cost and duration

Innovate new technical solutions to solve business problems.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

8 to 10 years experience with middle-tier and back-end development with Java

Past work experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and micro-services

Development experience within in Agile environment

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
