Senior Accounting Manager

MobiChord is a hyper-growth, tech startup based in the heart of the silicone slopes. We are currently in a state of rapid expansion and we need a Senior Accountant to help the company continue forward. The Accountant will play a vital role in driving all accounting and finance activities at MobiChord as well as manage several administration tasks for the CEO.

The ideal candidate has an extremely diverse background and can quickly integrate into a constantly changing environment. Candidate must be flexible and be able to learn quickly with a passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Month close
• Expense reimbursements and allocations
• Management of stock options
• Financial reporting to the board and VCs
• Financial forecasting
• International transactional activity between corporate entities
• Miscellaneous executive assistance tasks –travel management, minor HR activities etc.

Preferred Experience

• SaaS company or other hyper-growth startup
• Experience with multiple accounting programs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects at the same time
• Proven ability to work autonomously, with extremely strong organizational skills and the desire to work in a constantly changing environment
