RESERVATIONS AGENT

Leading ground transportation company is offering career opportunities to qualified data entry/customer service professionals. We are looking for someone who works hard as part of a team and deals well in a fast paced environment. Open Shift:

1p-10p weekdays and weekends , overtime frequently available

Starting pay is $14 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries in a consultative, professional manner Input phone or email reservations Help promote services Set up client accounts and profiles Direct phone calls to the appropriate department when necessary Communicate with dispatch and other team members Manage difficult client situations when necessary Convert inquiries into sales Solicit feedback from clients when able Provide prospective clients with service information, including worldwide services Identify, research and resolve client concerns Provide email confirmations to clients Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays (if needed)

Strong customer service skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Basic computer skills, (Word, Excel. Livery Coach and PowerPoint a plus) Time management skills Knowledge of global geography Ability to work within a fast paced environment Effective time management skills High School Graduate Associates Degree or higher (preferred but not necessary) MUST be able to pass a background check, immediate drug and alcohol test Must be very neat and presentable

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
