Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with project scope. Directs project parameters, cost and resource estimates. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction. May approve bid packages from outside vendors and contractors. Has direct management responsibility for a small project team. Requires an in-depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.

Role will be placed in either Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

• Project management and analysis for Client Reference data related projects (Client Onboarding, AML, Reference Data remediation) across Global Markets.
• Work with global stakeholders to define strategy and implement solutions to enhance Reference Data quality
• Maintain the cross organizational project plan and provide escalation to appropriate teams
• Manage key stakeholder updates and ensure appropriate project governance
• Drive execution of the project plan and ensure accountability across the organization to realize business outcomes
• Ensure the implementation of enterprise change standards for the given book of work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• MBA/ PMP preferred
• 3 years of Project management experience within Capital Markets
• Understanding of Enterprise Change Standards
