Prep for Prep Internship – Firmwide SIP

The mission of Prep for Prep is to develop a long term investment strategy to develop the leadership potential of able young people from segments of society grossly under-represented in the leadership pool across different industries. Prep for Prep is a New York City based preparatory academic and leadership development program which identifies exceptional students in the 5th and 7th grade through standardized tests, IQ testing, and an extensive interview process. Once accepted into the program; Prep for Prep students must complete a rigorous 14-month course of study over two summers and one academic school year to prepare them for success at independent schools throughout the Northeast. As part of the program, Prep for Prep participants entering their junior and senior year of high school and freshman and sophomore years of college are placed in internships throughout J.P. Morgan Chase, based on their level of interest and potential career paths.
