Part-time Front Desk Assistant (Evenings)

The Part-time Front Desk Assistant (Evenings) will be responsible for managing Learning Center areas/employees in the evening (tutoring, testing, and computer labs), scheduling tutoring appointments for students, answering phones, assisting in the computer lab/testing center as needed and answering faculty, staff, and student questions. Hours are Monday through Thursday 4:30 – 8 pm (will also include Saturday hours in the Fall/Spring semesters).

The salary is $18.00 per hour, based on experience and academic credentials.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Associate’s Degree or higher. ** Note: Degrees and hours must be from a college accredited by a US Dept of Education accepted accrediting agency such as SACSCOC .

2. Two years of supervisory experience.

3. Successful customer service experience.

4. Computer experience should include a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite and TutorTrac.
