Paid Media Team Lead

Career Evolutions is searching for a Paid MediaTeam Lead for a fast-growing digital services company in Phoenix, AZ. It’s a full-time, direct-hire role with a compensation up to $70,000 and benefits.

You will serve as the Team Lead of our client’s PPC Team and have the desire and leadership abilities to move into a Manager position quickly. You are a creative, talented and motivated individual who wants to grow your career in digital marketing. You will create strategic and customized online advertising campaigns and be responsible for ongoing setup and management of PPC campaigns. You have a deep understanding of analytics and the ability to evaluate ad performance and manipulate data using excel for reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Set an excellent example for other PPC Specialists and serve as a mentor and leader to the department
• Ongoing setup and management of PPC campaigns
• Define campaign strategies to meet goals
• Setup, implementation and management of campaigns in multiple verticals
• Budget management and allocation
• Ad copy creation, testing and optimization
• Landing page optimization testing and tracking
• Continually evaluate and optimize accounts for maximum results

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of PPC experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience acting as PPC Team Lead or Managing a PPC Team required
• Google and Bing Certified
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Creative, analytical, and driven individual with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
