Non-Profit Accountant

Financial

• Experience in working with Grant Accounting
• Prepare Accounts Payable files and process checks for signing and distribution
• Record all revenues and reconcile books with database
• Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Performance to Budget, Cash Projections
• Maintain financial records
• Follow up with SBA’s accounts payable invoices as needed
• Complete and present Financial Statements and Budget Reporting on a monthly basis Assist in financial information preparation for grant applications and reporting

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite, and have some experience working with databases
• Must have prior experience in budget reporting
• Non-profit experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
