We operate according to USA time which is from 15h00-24h00 South African time.

We have Customer Service Agent vacancies in Sandton

Role Description

Candidate will be allocated cases each day to contact hospitals, clinics and medical facilities to obtain medical records of patients on behalf of medical insurance companies in the USA.

Targets and incentives will be in place.

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
