Junior Application Developer

CiraConnect provides world-class cloud-based software and on-demand “back-office” shared services (SaaS) for self-managed community associations, professional community association management companies and residential real estate developers servicing the needs of homeowner associations (HOAs), condominium associations, cooperatives, luxury high-rises, municipal utility districts and large master planned communities. CiraConnect maintains an in-house software development team that places a premium on integrated software solutions and business process automation as tools to enable our employees to better service our clients and increase their job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a software development professional to join our development team. The C# Developer will work with end users and the existing application development team to identify and correct bugs with our internal application platform and web portals. New software module development will also be performed. The Developer will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to maintain and support web applications based on Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server technologies. Developer will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Primary responsibility is to work with users to trouble shoot and fix identified bugs with in-house developed applications as well as implement new functionality.
• Perform all traditional development activities, such as analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation
• Perform testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Manage work assignments to meet deadlines
• Drive all projects to completion
• Work with business process owners to aid in the design of solutions
• Translate business and design goals into usable products

Qualifications:

You must be able to develop professional and personal relationships with co-workers and end-users, and you must be a positive and people-oriented person with excellent oral and written English communication skills.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
• Experience with Microsoft web and database technologies
• Experience with using SQL/T-SQL to write stored procedures and UDFs
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, HTML
• Pleasant personality and ability to clearly communicate with people.
• Demonstrated interest in, knowledge of, and enthusiasm for software development and Microsoft technologies
• Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
• Must be able to succeed in a dynamic team environment and be open to overtime when necessary
• Experience with accounting systems a plus.
