JBPM Developer

Job Description: The JBPM developer is responsible for analysis, design and development of a workflow system that is part of a complex enterprise application. Working alongside with the current team, this role will have the responsibility to review the business processes, workflow requirements and implement the workflow solution using JBPM/RHPAM. The candidate must have extensive technical expertise and proficiency in the field of workflow systems development in a modern web application containerized environment. They should be familiar with Java, Angular applications and REST web services. The candidate should clearly exhibit exceptional ability to design complex workflow systems on the JBPM/RHPAM ecosystem that include Business Modeler, Business Central and KIE server. The candidate must have the ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions. QUALIFICATIONS This role requires experience designing and developing workflow systems in an agile environment. The requirements below represent the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties associated with this job. REQUIRED Experience & Technical Requirements Minimum 8 years’ experience designing and developing complex enterprise web applications using Java/Springboot/Angular Minimum of 3 years’ experience using JBPM/RHPAM Design and develop applications using Java and Redhat Process Automation Manager or JBPM Expertise in the design and development of REST web services Experience using Git, Maven and Jenkins Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, Agile environment with experience leading Scrum teams Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical way to various audiences Excellent written and verbal communications skills Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will have: Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience with Java development Expert level and Recent experience with RHPAM v7, KIE Server, Business Central v7+, and JBPM workflow integration with Restful Services
