Inbound Sales Agents

You will be the first point of contact for all customers telephone inquiries and your main responsibility will be to give an excellent first impression of the company and convert the inquiries into bookings. No prior knowledge of Call Centre, Sales Customer Service & Telesales is required, as full training will be provided.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Explaining the services to potential customers and turning the leads into bookings!
  • Issuing customer reports
  • Monitoring emails & messages
  • General customer service and after care
  • Other general support with daily operations
