INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS

We are looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as inbound and outbound call centre agents in our Call centre companies which are located in and around Johannesburg CBD.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:
ïₒ¼ Making and answering incoming customer calls.

ïₒ¼ Utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.

ïₒ¼ Contact clients to arrange delivery of parcels

ïₒ¼ Capturing data according to required standard ïₒ¼ Doing follow ups to ensure client satisfaction

ïₒ¼ Managing different accounts.

ïₒ¼ Providing excellent and efficient service

Requirements:
ïₒ¼ Grade 10 ,11 and 12 and or Equivalent

ïₒ¼ Basic computer knowledge

ïₒ¼ Quick thinker

ïₒ¼ Problem Solver

ïₒ¼ No related or any call center experience is needed as induction and training will be conducted for a week.
