Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to executive management. Responds to employee relation issues. Provides advice and counsel to managers, supervisors, and employees as to terminations, disciplinary action and performance issues. Represents the Company for any unemployment claims.
Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Reviews analysis of company compensation and benefits to ensure competitive market value. > > > QUALIFICATIONS: > > > Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management.
Ability to prepare written reports and correspondences, and presentation to senior leadership as required. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally. Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and government compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High School Diploma and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. > > > HOURS: > > > Full-time
