Description:

Providence is calling a HR Associate to Providence Health & Services in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a HR Associate to perform a wide range of duties within a framework set by the HR team. Assist in new caregiver onboarding and orientation, other human resources related caregiver activities, investigating and triaging caregiver questions/concerns, and preparation of a variety of reports. The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, he/she serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization.

In this position you will:

  • Ensure employment documents are properly collected and maintained to meet regulatory requirements and in response to regulatory audit requests.
  • Prepare for and support delivery of new caregiver orientation.
  • Be responsible for all human resources related event coordination such as service awards, etc.
  • Review, audit and respond appropriately to HR Service Center ticket triage.
  • Provide project support to include preparation, data collection, report creation and distribution as requested by HR team.
  • Engagement survey administration support.
  • Open enrollment planning/participation.
  • Facilitate unemployment data response.
  • Certification and Licensure tracking and documentation.
  • EANs & caregiver file maintenance.
  • Performance management platform support.
  • Serve as a liaison with the HR Service Center.
  • Conduct caregiver file research.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Technical experience, including responsibility for maintaining computer systems or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
