Graphic Designer and Illustrator

We are currently expanding and seeking creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designers to join our in-house design team.This position will require someone with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of graphic design with experience in both print and digital design. Working in an exciting fast-paced environment, the ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers and with a positive attitude is essential. This position will be responsible for developing concepts and executing designs that will be featured on our extensive line of consumer sports themed products. In addition to graphic design responsibilities, this position will require an understanding of current social media landscape and an interest in driving business results through social media.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred, but not necessary if experience and portfolio warrant.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work on both a PC and Mac platform.
• At least 1-2 years work experience in a design role.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Highly refined design skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to new situations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong conceptual thinking. Past experience with proven results in concept development is a must.
• Ability to track and manage timelines effectively
• Ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities by effectively scheduling and prioritizing
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and open minded, ability to accept and apply critical feedback with a positive attitude.
• Experience working with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, WordPress, YouTube, Google+)
