What does the job entail?

Experience in a wide range of enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Serves as technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of IT technology solutions, define and administer standards for infrastructure architecture.

Provides IT technology research, propose required changes, and develops and derives implementation plans

Responsibilities

Responsible for clustering solutions, virtualization architecture, Web and application server architecture.

Define strategies and technology roadmaps and ensure that it is aligned with the corporate business strategy

Provide best practices and utilizes approved technology standards to design solution.

Work with Application leaders, Project managers to understand application architecture, criticality matrix and all dependent components contributing to overall solution design

Advise management on technology purchases and on future projects or environment to drive infrastructure availability objectives.
