About the opportunity:

At Flock, the delivery team is responsible for installing and maintaining customer cameras (from manufacturing and supply chain, to inventory management, field scheduling, and physical installation and maintenance). The more cameras we install, and the more performant they are, the more crimes we solve.

The Delivery Operations Analyst will drive analysis, insight, task management, and process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of how we install and maintain customer cameras. As with any startup role, you must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, and in a fast-paced environment.

Some challenges you’ll tackle

Analyze data to identify scalable opportunities to improve business or customer-specific outcomes

Maintain an end-to-end perspective on the customer journey, spanning functional teams within delivery

Work closely with teams and stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and prioritize key activities

Recommend and update processes and hand-offs to improve customer experience and business efficiency

Enhance workflow and cross-team engagements

Help set and manage performance targets for the delivery team

Collaborate with the sales and customer teams to improve the overall journey

Use systems to create team-wide reports on key opportunities and performance

Provide an independent, objective perspective on ways to improve, including leading deep-dives on good/bad customer experiences

Support development of overall strategy and organizational growth

About you:

Minimum 2 years as an analyst in a high growth professional setting, such as corporate finance, venture-backed startups, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting

Strong attention to detail

Excellent analytical skills and innate curiosity

Must be able to work with minimal supervision

Strong business acumen

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort working across the organization

Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines

Comfort with learning and using new system and tools
