Customer Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical College, preferably in telecommunication, science, engineering or business discipline, or proven work experience
  • Min years of experience: 8
  • Previous experience in implementation rollout experience with proven responsibility in all phases, i.e. pre-sales, pre-study, project delivery preferable
  • Proven experience in effectively managing subcontractors (ASP/SP) across large projects
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross – functional environment areas in order to achieve a common business objective
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Domain experience: RAN, Transmission, NSB, SAQ

  • PMI certifications – The CPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds
