Customer Care Agents

Our call center department is currently looking for customer care agents to join our call center company. (Inbound, outbound and Customer Service). We need people who are vibrant, innovative, hardworking and able to work with less or No Supervision. Full training provided to those with no experience.

DUTIES.

ïₒ¼ Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

ïₒ¼ Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

ïₒ¼ Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.

ïₒ¼ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

ïₒ¼ Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

ïₒ¼ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

ïₒ¼ Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

ïₒ¼ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS.

ïₒ¼ Grade 10, 11, 12 or equivalent.

ïₒ¼ Other academic qualification is an added advantage

ïₒ¼ Good communication skills.

ïₒ¼ Good attitude.

ïₒ¼ Ability to work with No supervision.
