Cognos BI Analyst/Developer

Required Experience:
? 1-4+ years of experience developing and architecting Business Intelligence solutions (Microsoft OLAP, Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects or other enterprise-level tools)

? Expertise in the Microsoft BI solution offerings including SQL Server 2005/2008 R2 stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), SharePoint, Excel, PerformancePoint Server, etc.

? Demonstrated understanding of multidimensional database design and architecture

? Demonstrated business process modeling and requirements definition

? Demonstrated track record in leading the sales and delivery of BI consulting projects

? Strong understanding of business functions addressed by BI solutions, including: Financial Management/Reporting; Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and ability to articulate the business value of BI

? Significant advisory and implementation experience in the areas of data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, and scorecards or dashboards

? Strong understanding of methodologies used to implement BI solutions

? Experience in evangelizing and educating internal personnel on BI solutions and how our capabilities can be leveraged to win business

? BI design and solution architecture expertise

? Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

? Strong written / oral communication skills
