Client Onboarding Specialist

OnPay’s Onboarding team is responsible for assisting new clients transition to our award-winning software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and enhance client relationships. We fully understand that it is our client’s success that make us great. By doing business in this way, we deliver an exceptional experience resulting in saved time and money for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with onboarding inquiries and processes
  • Proficiently organize and prioritize new client requests
  • Audit and enter all prior payroll information for new clients
  • Perform client follow-ups to ensure data collection is accurate and complete
  • Follow up on client leads generated by other departments and external partners
  • Lead demonstrations of our software as needed
  • Generate and present new ideas for improving the client onboarding experience

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service and/or implementation role
  • Experience in payroll (FPC/CPP preferred)
  • Some college experience (degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
