Here are the details:

Starting pay is $10.00p/h plus uncapped commissions. Base pay goes up to $12.00 p/h as soon as you are reasonably successful in selling. You can get to that by your first week if you are a strong performer. We will give you the tools to get to that level. People who sell at the top levels get substantially more in commissions in addition to the $12.00 p/h.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to reach their highest potential within communities

• Sell our purpose and advertising benefits with potential clients

• Meet or exceed project targets as well revenue goals.

• Strategize to overcome community challenges for the success of the project.

• Help build an internal culture that is on mission and purposeful about community.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate both orally and written with outstanding listening skills

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Self Motivated

• Positive Attitude

• Ability to work well with others in a professional manner
