Bookkeeper

ABOUT US:

We are a small, independent record label founded over thirty years ago in New York, NY. We focus mainly on hip-hop, funk, soul, R&B, and jazz recordings, and have amassed a very large catalog of works.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bookkeeping for a record label in New York, NY

Prepare bank reconciliations

Accounts payable and receivable

Music royalties management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior 1+ year experience in music industry/royalties management a plus

1+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and/or bank reconciliation

AA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration highly preferred

Proficiency in Quickbooks, Excel and Word a must
