At SalesLoft, our Agile Process Enablement Manager is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product Development team. You will partner with the Product, Design, UX, Engineering, QA, Techops, and Product Marketing teams to lead and drive continuous process improvements and innovation. You’ll establish trust across the organization with our agile cross-functional delivery teams as well as their leadership.

As an Agile Process Enablement Manager:

  • You will help audit current agile delivery team processes, finding the best practices to implement across all teams.
  • You’ll define metrics and measures of success, create documentation and artifacts of best practices and standards to share broadly.
  • You’ll propose solutions and conduct training in order to implement changes.
  • You’ll find ways to tie people’s work to the value that it brings to SalesLoft and our customers.
  • This is more than an agile coach role – you’ll drive improvements to our cross-functional software development lifecycle, from ideation & planning all the way to release & integrated company-wide launch and announcement.
  • You’ll be an agent of positive change, a coach, a mentor, and a facilitator to help level up the entire team. You will have an opportunity to make a massive impact on the business.

    On a day-to-day basis, you will be collaborating with different teams, developing documentation, and conducting training, always keeping an eye on where we can improve. You’ll have a big-picture view of how all the pieces of Product Development fit together. You’ll be working with our fifteen (and growing) cross functional delivery teams as well as each of the functional teams – UX, design, product management, engineering, and QA.

    THE TEAM:

    Our SalesLoft’s Product Development team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming ux researchers, designers, product managers, product owners, software engineers, and qa engineers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

    THE SKILL SET:

  • Made large-scale Software Development Life Cycle improvements in previous roles
  • Experience with large, modern, agile software development teams. We strongly believe in Continuous Integration & Delivery, fast iterations and staying connected to the customer.
  • Experience establishing strategic relationships quickly
  • Collaborative mentality
  • WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
  • Attend a Product Development Department orientation
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand and help craft your 30-60-90 plan
  • Meet key players in the product development team and establish relationships with them
  • Start meeting with individual delivery teams to learn about their strengths and weaknesses
  • WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Identify new and tweak existing metrics to measure performance of product delivery teams
  • Finish a current process audit and document how each team works
  • Propose changes to the current processes, focused on what will provide the most value
  • Conduct at least one team training on the highest area for improvement

  • WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Implement an on-going improvement process
  • Communicate regularly and offer training to keep consistency across the teams
  • Tackle process improvements within the broader scope of Product Development, outside of the delivery teams
