Administrative Supervisor

The Snohomish Health District is currently accepting applicants for a Full Time Administrative Supervisor. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, or designee, the incumbent plans, organizes, and supervises daily activities and operations in the administrative support section, and is responsible for supervising assigned personnel. Works closely with the Customer Service Manager to facilitate and implement new workflows and processes. Provides support to a Division Director and is secondary to the Executive Assistant in support of the Board of Health. Must act and understand the role of a change agent. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field; and
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible and relevant professional administrative experience, including One (1) year of lead/supervisory experience.

BENEFITS Snohomish Health District provides medical, dental, vision and life insurance for employees plus dependents if elected at a cost. Participation with the Department of Retirement Systems retirement (PERS) is mandatory. Annual leave is earned at the rate of 12 days per year during the first year and increases with the length of service; sick leave is earned at the rate of 12 days per year; 10 paid holidays per year plus 5 personal holidays.
