Administration and HR Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update location employee files, both personnel and PHI, and database information.
  • Actively recruits, screens, and interviews candidates for various positions.
  • Schedule and administer the pre-employment process.
  • Perform employee orientations, verify all paperwork is complete.
  • Assist employees with benefit administration.
  • Coordinate enrollment meetings for health insurance, 401K, and process paperwork into SAP.
  • Compile and submit payroll as needed.
  • Complete employee verification forms.
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports.
  • Submit and file all workers’ compensation claims for the Georgia location.
  • Maintain all employee records.
  • Responds to employee issues or questions
  • Support Executive Vice President with general and specialized HR projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as directed by the Executive Vice President.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree with two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Possess excellent time management, planning, organizational, and decision making skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,000.00 to $67,000.00 /year
