Travel Coordinator – Luxury Travel Group – Johannesburg

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Travel Coordinator for a luxury Travel company based in Johannesburg. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun-loving team member to join this elite team in creating itineraries and experiences for new and repeat guests.

Key Requirements of this role:
Update Pastel with accurate information;

Loading of bookings in Panstrat;

Monthly management of accounts/I&E Sheets/Invoices;

Support for rest of team when required Manage VIP allocations;

Monitor processes and systems;

Constant daily updates with Management Weekly communications with Travel Experts on weekly arrivals

Ensure public folders are updated with correct content

To be considered you must have:
Grade 12 (essential)

Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality (advantageous)

3 years’ experience in a similar role

Effective communication skills

Panstrat Reservations System Experience (advantageous)

MS Office Proficiency
