Sr Java Developer PS7203

Location: Atlanta, GA

• Work with Product Owners, System Analysts, Architects and development teams to develop product and technical roadmaps
• Work closely with the product and delivery teams to refine the functional and non-functional features and user stories, define solutions, develop proof-of-concepts as needed, provide estimates and identify risks
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and perform hands on development and unit testing
• Perform technical design and code reviews to maintain high quality and secure software
• Work closely with Dev Ops and Testing teams to automate testing and do continuous build & deployments.

• Expert level experience with full-stack development using Java/JEE
• Solid experience with Spring
• Experience with API development and Web Services (REST)
• Experience with UI Frameworks – EXTJs Preferred
• Experience with unit and automated testing
• Experience with data modeling and SQL
• Good understanding of micro-services architecture and patterns
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Bit bucket etc.

• Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training and 3+ years experience on one platform, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• 4 + years of java development experience.
