Senior Integration Developer – Payments Engineering

Right now, we are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer – Payments Engineering, based at our San Francisco, California location.

  • Have proven experience in working with a team of highly skilled engineers, architects, and product managers in a geographically distributed structure.
  • Must be able to multi-task, handling numerous competing priorities
  • Work with business partners to understand their needs and proactively lead with innovative solutions
  • Provide solution implementation including: architecture, design, system set-up, development, system and integration testing, and user training
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s/Masters/Ph.D., in Computer Science and Engineering, Math, Physics, Statistics
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally.
  • Comprehensive experience in Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, EJB, XML, JSON, Web 2.0, AJAX, API, Web Services (REST,SOAP)
  • Experience working with databases – RDBMS, NoSQL and Bigdata
  • Experience in EAI products/frameworks like MuleSoft, WSO2, JBPM, IBM BPM; Experience in TIBCO (BusinessWorks, Business Events, EMS, Adapters) will be an asset.
  • Experience generating technical requirements, functional solution development, and documentation
  • Hands on experience integrating with banks, acquirers and processors in an ecommerce environment.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks, design concepts, techniques, best practices with ability to communicate and evangelize across the enterprise
  • Understanding of various development methodologies, including: Agile, SAFe, Waterfall and Iterative Development Methods
  • Ability to make the development and architecture teams operate efficiently through the use of best practices, processes and tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross functional teams.
  • Thrives on working under pressure in a fast paced multi-project environment.
